The Directors of DC’s Upcoming batgirlAdil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, have shared footage from the set of the film to mark the end of production.
The behind-the-scenes footage, uploaded to Instagram, shows the directors on set and accompanying a fully Bat-suited Leslie Grace, who will play the titular hero in the new film. The directors are also shown, in a separate image, with their own Batman hoods on the film’s set. Little is currently known about what to expect from this upcoming entry to the DCEU, but it has been confirmed that Leslie Grace will be playing the classic Barabra Gordon version of the character.
In his role as Barbara’s father, Commissioner Jim Gordon, plays JK Simmons, who was last seen in the role in Justice League (both the theatrical release and last year’s Snyder Cut). While Simmons was last seen opposite Ben Affleck’s Batman, it has been confirmed that Michael Keaton will appear as Batman in batgirlreprises the role he originally played in 1989 Batman† Keaton will also appear as the Dark Knight in The flash later this year, what his appearance in batgirl† Check out the director’s posts below:
batgirl will be out on HBO Max later this year. While an exact release date has yet to be confirmed, Michael Keaton’s involvement will indeed follow his appearance in The flashthan batgirl may not arrive until the end of the year.
